- Open the email from the school titled Signature Required and tap the link inside it. No password or Schoolbox login is needed.
- If the link says it didn't work, it has expired or has already been used. Choose Email me a new link on that page and a fresh one is sent to the same address within a minute or two.
- Can't find the email? Check your junk folder, then contact the Careers team and we'll send it again.
Already use Schoolbox?
You can also reach the consent form through the Work Placements menu item in Schoolbox, signed in with your parent/guardian account. The emailed link is usually easier, especially on a phone.
Are you both a parent and a host employer?
The employer sign-in and the parent sign-in are separate. Signing in as an employer does not let you complete the parent consent step. Use the link from the parent consent email instead — it signs you in as the parent for that placement on its own.
On a phone and being sent to a Microsoft sign-in page?
That means you've opened the Schoolbox route rather than the emailed link. You don't need it — go back to the consent email and tap the link there instead, and you'll go straight to the form. If that link is expired, the page it opens will offer to email you a new one.
